Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I find my files?

A link to your files will be send to the email address you provided. Check your spam folder if you can't find it anywhere.

If you make an Etsy account you can always download your files again, even later on. Just go to "You" (top right of the screen), click on "purchases and reviews", find the right order and click "download files". Handy!

More info here: https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949

And of course, if you really can't get to your files for whatever reason, just send us a message and we'll get you sorted.

How do I unzip a zip file?

Most computers have unzipping software built in, just double click and the zip file wil open. If that doesn't work or you have an old computer there are free unzipping websites online.
There's absolutely no need to buy unzipping software, even if your computer suggests it.

If I'm not happy with my purchase, can I get a refund?

Yes. Etsy officially doesn't allow cancellations as you see above (we can't change that text), but just pop us a message and we'll get you sorted out. Keep in mind, Etsy refunds are only possible until 180 days after the sale, so we're going to stick with that as well.

How quick can you reply to my message?

We try to get back to you as quickly as possible, but it could take a few days sometimes, especially in the weekends and around holidays. But rest assured, you'll be helped.

The downloads are superb. I will be using these alot

genauso habe ich es mir vorgestellt, vielen Dank :-)

I only have myself to blame - these kits are so big it's hard to just print a few pages. I usually print the ephemera and background papers and I look forward to sorting through these. Thanks for yet another joy packed adventure into digital imagery and the potential ...
