Where do I find my files?

A link to your files will be send to the email address you provided. Check your spam folder if you can't find it anywhere.

If you make an Etsy account you can always download your files again, even later on. Just go to "You" (top right of the screen), click on "purchases and reviews", find the right order and click "download files". Handy!

How do I unzip a zip file?

Most computers have unzipping software built in, just double click and the zip file wil open. If that doesn't work or you have an old computer there are free unzipping websites online.
There's absolutely no need to buy unzipping software, even if your computer suggests it.

If I'm not happy with my purchase, can I get a refund?

Yes. Etsy officially doesn't allow cancellations as you see above (we can't change that text), but just pop us a message and we'll get you sorted out. Keep in mind, Etsy refunds are only possible until 180 days after the sale, so we're going to stick with that as well.

Tinne, You have spoiled me for other designers. At the last minute, I decided to do some Christmas albums because they would make good gifts, and shouldn’t take too long. You know the feeling, underestimating the time it will take to get something done the way you like it. One of the albums I’m going to do is Frozen Christmas. I had pieces of it from before, but after much deliberation, went ahead and got the whole kit while you had it on sale I spent the entire afternoon today, and two afternoons this week, putting together pockets, journal cards and other ephemera for two kits (cheap, from other places) that didn’t have any of those things. Turns out they weren’t such a good bargain. Your kits always have everything and more that I could ever want, including tutorials. I really appreciate the quality work from your shop.
