Where do I find my files?
A link to your files will be send to the email address you provided. Check your spam folder if you can't find it anywhere.
If you make an Etsy account you can always download your files again, even later on. Just go to "You" (top right of the screen), click on "purchases and reviews", find the right order and click "download files". Handy!

How do I unzip a zip file?
Most computers have unzipping software built in, just double click and the zip file wil open. If that doesn't work or you have an old computer there are free unzipping websites online, like https://unzip-online.com/en
There's absolutely no need to buy unzipping software, even if your computer suggests it.
